These rules are your warning!!


1. No thumbs just yet as they are currently out of order. but you will be able to link instead. You can find the thumb/Linking rules below

2 Links or Thumbs per 5 minutes for Visitors
3 Links or Thumbs per 5 minutes for All Months
5 Links or Thumbs per 5 minutes for Staff Members

( When posting please switch up the thumbs you post and dont do the same ones over and over. Also DO NOT thumb and run. Meaning dont post ur shots then just exit the chat. Thats rude and you will be demoted into a privclass with no thumbing privs for a day.)

Warning: If you have been placed in the The no Thumbing/Linking Class this means that youbroke the rules and have lost those privs. You thumbed ur shots then left the chat and we do NOT like that being done. So you will have lost ur thumbing privs for an undetermined time.

To become a member and be promoted u must this group and note this account your birthday so you can be placed in the appropriate month!

2. When you post images you are asking for either critique on your photography or comments. So if your offended by others when they try to give you tips then please dont bother posting. Also this is a photography and Manipulation room only.(no other art types please) please do not come just to thumb photos. This is NOT thumbshare. If you are caught just thumbing and not participating in chat then you will be kicked.

3. Play nice! No rudeness will be tolerated. Please be kind to everyone in the room for we are all growing Artists just trying to have some fun and learn.

4. No spamming. This includes: no llama emote, No stretching ur letters, Watch the caps. ( i dont wanna see someone acting like their caps button is permanetly on , No self advertising club advertising or chat advertising unless you have OK'ed it with the founders either myself or

6. Just have fun and please keep it clean! No sex talk thanks this is a friendly chatroom. !

7. Every month we will feature a collection of works in our journal and in a news article from members whose birthday falls in that month consider it a birthday present from us to you our members!

General Rules


- Flooding - Avoid excessive shouting (use of all-caps) or flooding (continuous posting of repetitive text) in #iPhotograph or on our community. Flooding is defined as any rapid or repetitive posting that interferes with other people's ability to converse.

- Language - Be considerate on how your language is used. The average cursing is allowed, but please do not do it over excessively or by directing it at anyone. and also English Only

- Spam - 1) Do not post the same thumb repeatedly over a short period of time. It is unfair for the other guests/members in the room. 2) Do not use the multi line input while posting thumbs, post them as stated in the - thumbs rule above. 3) Excessively posting emoticons in one line, or repeatedly post emoticons line after line. "Emote spamming" slows down the room considerably. 4) Do not Advertise your gallery / website or other chat rooms without participating in #DeviantBirthdays and asking the staff for permission.

- Harassment - Unsolicited words or conduct which tend to annoy, alarm or abuse another person. Putting down religions, sexual preferences, beliefs, organizations of any sort.

- Links - Do not post links which may contain viruses or any type of pornographic material. (also artistic nudes are not allowed in this chatroom. Sorry.)

- Bots - Bots other than ______ are not allowed inside #DeviantBirthdays without permission from the founders of #DeviantBirthdays


--Banning-- In an effort to keep the environment within #DeviantBirthdays positive and constructive the administration must take an anti ass/n00b stance. If any person is to make an ass of themselves they will be banned for a one week period. A three strikes your out system will be implemented for normal situations unless extra stressing circumstances exist in which case rules may be bent for or against the ass/n00b. Just play it safe and be nice people. Then everyone can enjoy the chat without any incidents of displeasure.
